Unemployment is an issue that can affect the growth of the economy. Fewer workers and more jobless people would cause a great uproar in a country. Before a serious and degrading thing would happen, its best if these problem would be remedied immediately. Its really easy to state solutions, but it would be hard to do it.
Its really saddening to know that a lot of youths are jobless. Even the youth unemployment in south africa is a threatening issue that will surely have an impact to a civilization. Authorized agencies should do their job and provide them work. However, there are other reasons or rather personal issues that causes unemployment.
Expectations for a greater salary. Many graduating students anticipate for a greater salary. Little did they know they would not be prioritize by companies. They might have fresh minds, but companies wont pay for them in higher cost. However, fresh students should not consume their time thinking they are far better than the rest. Everyone should start from the bottom.
Fun at work. The reality is full of problems. However, youths are positive to think that they expect that their workplace will be a fun place to fit in. Its just a misconception. They can have fun, but not to the point that they would have to enjoy all the time. Most of the time they have to be very serious with their job.
Their decisions are sometimes based from their parents. Most youngsters let their parents decide and control their life. However, its not good for the youths to be incapable to make their own decision. Its better for their future to come up with their own decision. It does not mean that they should not rely on other people. They must learn to trust their instincts sometimes.
Bad attitude and habit. Youngsters often get the wrong idea. They tend to think that they are special in any ways. They always feel special and superior unlike with other people. However, the workplace would mostly require them to do their very best and to accomplish the best results. Thus, its better for them to become mindful about their behavior and actions.
Lets face the fact that the school is only an institution and not a practice place for the industry. Our instructors would most likely teach us things about knowledge. However, some of them would not even give us a talk about what it will be like in the open field. As a result, we end up doing the things by our self without relying for anyone.
Unusual and irregular schedule. Most youngsters are not used to shifting schedules and training sessions. They often grew tired and easily resign in a company. This is really one of the reason why they end up looking for various companies and they end up with none.
